【摘要】 变应性鼻炎（AR）属于中医学“鼻鼽”范畴，针刺治疗AR成效显著，预后良好。历代医家多从脏腑辩证体系论治，但较少将其纳入六经辨治体系进行探讨。“开阖枢”理论首载于《黄帝内经》，秉持阴阳开合循乎法度，枢机运转合于规律，推动气机实现上下流转、内外贯通之态势，进而协调人体气血津液的生发、输布与循环之过程，以此维系机体整体功能的有序运行。因此，本文基于“三阴三阳开阖枢”理论，对AR的病机及治疗进行探析，以期为AR的针灸临床实践提供系统的理论框架和诊疗思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Allergic Rhinitis(AR),classified within the realm of "Bi Qiu" in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),demonstrates significant efficacy and favorable prognosis when treated with acupuncture. While historical medical scholars have predominantly approached AR diagnosis and treatment through the visceral syndrome differentiation system,its integration into the six-meridian syndrome differentiation framework remains underexplored.The "Opening-Closing-Pivoting" theory,first documented in the Huangdi Neijing,postulates that the opening and closing of yin-yang adhere to inherent norms,while the operation of pivotal mechanisms complies with physiological laws. This dynamic promotes the ascending-descending and internal-external flow of qi,thereby coordinating the generation,distribution,and circulation of qi,blood,and body fluids to maintain the organism’s holistic functional equilibrium. Therefore,this study analyzes the pathogenesis and therapeutic strategies for AR based on the "Opening-Closing-Pivoting Theory of the Three Yin and Three Yang" theory,aiming to establish a systematic theoretical framework and clinical approach for acupuncture practice in AR management.更多还原
