【摘要】 当前产教融合存在企业参与深度不足的困境，直接原因不仅仅在于通常所认为的企业成本与收益的不对等，还在于在现有制度环境中，产教融合的成本主要由私人承担，但育人成果却要与未承担成本的企业共享。这些原因背后存在一些机制问题，对企业参与积极性形成一定干扰，主要有政策激励的实施无法承担所有企业成本，尚不足以激发企业参与产教融合的积极性；企业间成本分担机制欠缺，产教融合育人成本分担不均衡，有企业“搭便车”等。针对存在的问题，需要建立普惠性政策激励机制、完善企业间成本分担机制等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The current industry-education integration faces the dilemma of insufficient corporate participation.The direct reasons are not only the commonly perceived disparity between costs and benefits for businesses,but also the fact that,within the existing institutional environment,the costs of industry-education integration are primarily borne by individuals,while the educational outcomes are shared with businesses that have not contributed to these costs. Behind these reasons lie several mechanism issues that interfere with corporate participation enthusiasm. The main issues include policy incentives that cannot cover all corporate costs,which are insufficient to stimulate their active participation in industry-education integration,and the lack of a cost-sharing mechanism among businesses,leading to an uneven distribution of educational costs and “free-riding”behavior. To address these issues,it is necessary to establish inclusive policy incentive mechanisms and improve cost-sharing mechanisms among businesses.更多还原
