【摘要】 党的纪律检查体制改革是全面深化改革的重要组成部分，是党要管党、全面从严治党的必然要求。在“四个全面”战略布局引领下，纪检监察工作受到了高度的重视。科研院所作为学术研究和科研创新的前沿战线，其廉洁性及纪律性是确保高水平科研活动得以顺利进行的重要保障，随着科技体制改革的不断推进，对纪检工作提出了更为严格和更高的要求。文章以北京市农林科学院为例，深入分析了科研院所纪检工作的现状，并结合科研机构的特点，提出加强廉政文化建设、强化廉政风险防控机制建设、建立联合监督机制、提升纪检干部专业素养和构建智慧监督体系五大对策，以期探索新形势下科研院所纪检工作的有效推进路径，为推动科技创新和科研事业的健康发展提供坚实的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstracet The reform of the Communist Party of China’s discipline inspection system is an essential component of comprehensively deepening reforms and an inevitable requirement for the Party to govern itself and enforce strict discipline comprehensively.Under the guidance of the "Four Comprehensives" strategic layout,discipline inspection and supervision work has been highly emphasized. Scientific research institutes,as the forefront of academic research and scientific innovation,rely on integrity and discipline to guarantee the smooth progress of high-level research activities,and with the ongoing advancement of scientific and technological system reforms,higher and more stringent demands are placed on discipline inspection work. Taking the Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as a case study,this research conducted an in-depth analysis of the current state of discipline inspection work in scientific research institutes. Drawing on the characteristics of research institutes,it proposed five major countermeasures: strengthening the construction of integrity culture,enhancing the mechanisms for preventing and controlling integrity risks,establishing collaborative supervision systems,improving the professional competence of discipline inspection staff,and building an intelligent supervision system. These efforts aim to explore effective pathways for advancing discipline inspection work in research institutes under new circumstances and to provide a solid foundation for fostering the healthy development of scientific and technological innovation and research endeavors.更多还原
