【摘要】 乡村民宿具有整合乡村资源和激活多元价值的作用，是连接乡村发展与市场需求的关键纽带，也是驱动乡村振兴的重要载体。文章构建“内生—外源”双轨复合驱动框架，系统阐释民宿产业推动乡村振兴的内在机理与实践路径。研究发现，民宿产业驱动乡村振兴的力量深植于内在资源禀赋、充足人力资本和独特情绪体验的“内生动力”；同时，也离不开外部系统中全面政策指引、多元市场需求与创新智能管理的“外源赋能”。“内生动力”与“外源赋能”相互激发、共生演进。基于此，进一步提出资源与市场精准对接、赋能与增能深度融合、保护与发展动态平衡三大优化路径，探索以民宿产业驱动乡村振兴的“双轨”新路径，为理解乡村振兴的复杂动力系统提供辩证的理论工具，也为乡村民宿产业的可持续发展提供实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural homestays play a role in integrating rural resources and activating multiple values,serving as a key link between rural development and market demand, and an important carrier for driving rural revitalization. This paper constructs a dual-track composite driving framework of "endogenous-exogenous",systematically explaining the internal mechanism and practical path of the homestay industry promoting rural revitalization. The research finds that the driving force of the homestay industry for rural revitalization is deeply rooted in the "endogenous motivation" of inherent resource endowment, solid human capital, and unique emotional experience; at the same time, it also cannot do without the "exogenous empowerment" of comprehensive policy guidance, diverse market demands, and innovative intelligent management in the external system. "endogenous motivation" and "exogenous empowerment" mutually stimulate and co-evolve. This paper further proposes three optimization paths: precise matching of resources and markets, deep integration of empowerment and capacity building, and dynamic balance of protection and development, exploring a new "dual-track" path for driving rural revitalization through the homestay industry. It provides a dialectical theoretical tool for understanding the complex dynamic system of rural revitalization and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the rural homestay industry.更多还原
