【Abstract】 In the context of building a strong nation through education in the new era, mental health education in universities, as a crucial aspect of fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering students’ moral character, urgently requires further enhancement of innovative practice paths. The “one-stop” student community, through resource integration and spatial reconstruction, provides a new carrier for education of “three-dimensional education” in mental health education. By establishing a three-tier linkage mechanism of "school-college-community", building a diversified professional service team, and implementing precise classification project strategies, it enhances the pertinence, effectiveness, and convenience of education, meets the personalized needs of “Generation Z” students,and achieves the coordinated development of value guidance and psychological quality cultivation.
