【摘要】 目的 了解精神分裂症住院患者自我管理能力的现状，并分析其影响因素，为提高患者的自我管理能力提供依据。方法 采用精神分裂症患者自我管理量表对209例精神分裂症住院患者的自我管理能力进行评估，采用多元线性回归模型分析自我管理能力的相关影响因素。结果 精神分裂症住院患者自我管理平均得分为72.63分，得分中位数为72.00(53.50,91.00)分；精神分裂症住院患者自我管理能力得分在性别、年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况、住院时长、病程、累计住院次数、家庭年收入方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素结果显示，女性患者较男性患者自我管理能力得分更高(P<0.05),自我管理能力随年龄降低(P<0.05),未婚患者得分低于已婚患者(P<0.05),住院时间越长，自我管理能力越好(P<0.05)。结论 要提高精神分裂症住院患者的服药依从性、药物管理能力，并重点针对男性、低年龄、未婚、住院时长较短的患者开展相应的自我管理能力提升的健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of self-management ability for schizophrenia inpatients, so as to provide a reference for improving self-management ability.Methods A total of 209 schizophrenia inpatients were collected, and the self-management ability of the inpatients was investigated with the self-management scale for schizophrenics.And regression was used to analyze the related influencing factors of the self-management ability.Results The average score of self-management for schizophrenia inpatients was 72.63 and with a median score of 72.00(53.50,91.00).The self-management ability scores of inpatients with schizophrenia showed statistically significant differences in terms of gender, age, educational level, marital status, length of hospital stay, disease duration, cumulative number of hospitalizations, and annual family income(P<0.05);The results showed that women scored higher than men in self-management(P<0.05),that self-management ability decreased with age(P<0.05),that unmarried individuals scored lower than married individuals(P<0.05),and that the longer the hospitalization, the better the self-management ability(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to improve the medication adherence and management ability of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia, and focus on providing health education to male, younger, unmarried, and shorter hospitalized patients to enhance their self-management abilities.更多还原
