【摘要】 目的 探讨二乙三胺五乙酸(^99mTc-DTPA)肾动态显像对高尿酸血症患者早期肾功能损害的价值评估。方法 选取77例行^99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像高尿酸血症患者，根据尿酸水平分为A组（n=36）、B组（n=35）、C组（n=6）,分别测定并比较各组患者总肾及分肾肾小球滤过率（GFR）、达峰时间（tp）、半排时间(t_1/2)、20min排泄指数（C20）。结果 不同尿酸水平患者在年龄、尿素氮、肌酐和病程间的差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;对总肾及分肾GFR结果按照患者年龄、病程、尿素氮、肌酐进行分层比较，年龄≥40岁、病程≥2年的患者总肾及分肾GFR低于年龄<40岁、病程<2年的患者（P<0.05）;总肾及右肾GFR差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;随着尿酸水平升高，总肾及分肾GFR降低（P<0.05）;3组间，分肾tp比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;左肾t_1/2比较，B组与C组、A组与C组患者间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;右肾t_1/2、左肾C20比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 ^99mTc-DTPA肾动态显像能够客观评价高尿酸血症患者早期肾损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of ^99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging in early renal function impairment in patients with hyperuricemia.Methods 77 patients with hyperuricemia underwent ^99wTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging, divided into group A（n=36）、group B（n=35）and group C（n=6）according to the level of uricacid.Total and split renal glomerular filtration rate（GFR）,peak time（tp）,half-clearance time(t_1/2),and 20 minute excretion index（C20） were measured and compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in age, urea nitrogen, creatinine, and disease duration among different uric acid groups（P>0.05）.The total and split kidney GFR results were stratified and compared according to patient age, disease duration, urea nitrogen.Patients aged ≥40 years with a disease duration ≥2 years had lower total and split renal GFR compared with those aged <40 years with a disease duration <2 years（P<0.05）.There was a statistically significant difference in total and right renal GFR between the two groups（P<0.05）.As uric acid levels increased, total and split renal GFR decreased（P<0.05）.There was a statistically significant difference in split renal peak time between the three groups（P<0.05）.For left renal t_1/2,there was a significant difference between Groups B and C,and between Groups A and C（P<0.05）.For right renal t_1/2and left renal C20,there was a significant difference between the three groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion ^99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging can objectively evaluate early renal damage in patients with hyperuricemia.更多还原
