【摘要】 在农业数字化转型背景下，智慧农业专业人才培养质量关系到国家农业现代化进程。当前，智慧农业专业人才培养面临区域特色与产业需求契合度不够高、传统教育模式滞后、课程体系存在“拼盘化”现象、教育理念与方法亟待更新、实践教学场景“碎片化”等挑战，制约了高质量人才培养效果。为此，作为省属地方院校的河南农业大学，构建了以“能力导向、创新驱动、产教融合”为核心的人才培养创新体系，重构人才培养目标，跨学科设计课程体系，实施“全员导师制”，加快智慧教育转型，推动产教研融合发展，探索出了一套有效的人才培养新模式。实践表明，该体系显著提升了学生解决复杂农业问题的能力和创新潜力，为智慧农业专业建设和农业高等教育改革提供了重要的理论参考和实践价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the digital transformation of agriculture,the quality of professional talent cultivation in smart agriculture Major is related to the process of national agricultural modernization. At present,the cultivation of professionals in smart agriculture Major is confronted with challenges such as insufficient alignment between regional characteristics and industrial demands,lagging traditional education models,the existence of a “patchwork” phenomenon in the curriculum system,the urgent need to update educational concepts and methods,and the “fragmentation” of practical teaching scenarios,which have restricted the effectiveness of high-quality talent cultivation. For this reason,Henan Agricultural University,a provincial local university,has established an innovative talent cultivation system centered on “ability-oriented,innovationdriven,and industry-education integration”,restructured the talent cultivation goals,designed the curriculum system across disciplines,implemented the “all-staff mentorship system”,accelerated the transformation to smart education,promoted the integrated development of industry,education and research,and explored an effective new model for talent cultivation. Practice has shown that this system has significantly enhanced students’ ability to solve complex agricultural problems and their innovative potential,providing important theoretical references and practical value for the construction of smart agriculture majors and the reform of agricultural higher education.更多还原
