闭合酸压工艺改善效果评价及优化设计研究
Evaluation of the improvement effect and optimization design of the closed acid fracturing process
【摘要】 闭合酸压技术作为已有裂缝和酸压人工裂缝二次改造的有效手段,广泛地应用于国内外碳酸盐岩储层的增产。目前,闭合酸压室内试验研究已经比较成熟,并且在现场施工中得到了很好的应用和发展。但是,对闭合酸压施工参数优化研究尚存不足,闭合段长度、注酸排量、酸液用量等施工参数的确定绝大多数依靠作业人员的现场经验,没有形成一套完整科学的优化设计方法。在此首先通过室内实验评价了闭合酸压对碳酸盐岩储层的改造效果,然后模拟计算不同施工排量、酸液用量等施工参数条件下形成的裂缝宽度和导流能力,最后形成一套优化闭合酸压设计的模拟方法。
【Abstract】 As an effective means for the secondary transformation of existing fractures and artificial fractures, closed acid fracturing technology is widely used in the stimulation of carbonate reservoirs at home and abroad. At present, the experimental research of closed acid compression laboratory has been relatively mature, and has been well applied and developed in on-site construction. However, there are still insufficient research on the optimization of construction parameters of closed acid fracturing, and the determination of construction parameters such as the length of the closed section, acid injection discharge, and acid dosage mostly depends on the field experience of operators, and no complete and scientific optimization design method has been formed. In this paper, the effect of closed acid pressure on carbonate reservoirs is evaluated through laboratory experiments, and then the fracture width and conductivity formed under different construction parameters such as different construction displacements and acid dosage are simulated and calculated, and finally a set of simulation methods to optimize the design of closed acid fracturing are formed.
