【Abstract】 In order to improve the classroom teaching effect of Analytical Chemistry Experiment, the ideological and political materials are selected and the case base of ideological and political case is built in the course teaching reform. This paper summarizes the current situation of the course "Analytical Chemistry Experiment", defines the significance of the construction of the ideological and political case base, expounds the overall idea, the main measures of the construction process, the source and selection of the ideological and political case base, and lists the main contents of the ideological and political case base.
