蓝盆花类黄酮生物合成基因的鉴定和功能研究
Identification and Functional Study of Flavonoid Biosynthesis Genes in Scabiosa comosa
【摘要】 蓝盆花(Scabiosa comosa)是蒙药特色药材,蒙医用于治疗肝炎黄疸、肺热咳嗽、咽喉肿痛等。蓝盆花含有黄酮类、酚酸类等多种次生代谢物,药理学分析发现其主要药效物质为类黄酮,且含量丰富。类黄酮的生物合成是一个复杂过程,涉及多种结构基因和调控基因的参与,目前缺乏对蓝盆花类黄酮生物合成基因和调控基因的研究。通过Illumina转录组测序的方法,对蓝盆花不同组织进行转录组测序,并结合生物信息学方法,鉴定了蓝盆花类黄酮生物合成的关键基因,同时分析了与这些基因表达量相关的转录因子,为揭示蓝盆花类黄酮生物合成途径和分子调控机制奠定了基础,也为蓝盆花的品质改良、遗传育种提供了候选基因,对于促进蓝盆花功能基因组学研究具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Lanpenhua(Scabiosa comosa) is a characteristic medicinal herb in Mongolian medicine,traditionally used to treat hepatitis with jaundice,pulmonary heat-induced cough,and sore throat. It contains various secondary metabolites,including flavonoids and phenolic acids. Pharmacological analyses have identified flavonoids as its primary pharmacologically active substances,which are present in high abundance. The biosynthesis of flavonoids is a complex biological process involving multiple structural and regulatory genes. However,studies on flavonoid biosynthesis-related genes and their regulatory mechanisms in Lanpenhua remain unexplored. In this study,Illumina transcriptome sequencing was performed to study gene expression in different tissues of Lanpenhua. Using bioinformatics approaches,key genes involved in flavonoid biosynthesis were identified,and transcription factors associated with their expression levels were analyzed. This work lays the foundation for elucidating the flavonoid biosynthesis pathway and molecular regulatory mechanisms in Lanpenhua. Additionally,it provides candidate genes for genetic improvement of Lanpenhua quality and holds significant importance for advancing functional genomics research on this medicinal plant.
