【摘要】 评价皖北地区农业高质量发展水平，有助于厘清该地区农业发展差异，从而发现影响该地区农业高质量发展瓶颈。选取皖北地区2013—2022年6个城市相关数据，运用熵值法综合评价6个城市农业高质量发展水平，利用障碍因子诊断模型分析制约皖北地区农业高质量发展主要因子。从时序角度，对皖北地区农业高质量发展进行评价。研究表明：皖北地区农业高质量发展水平整体呈上升趋势，不同城市之间的农业高质量发展水平差距逐渐缩小；皖北地区农业高质量发展区域分布集中于3种形态，即启动阶段、初步实现阶段和基本实现阶段；该地区农业高质量发展的主要影响因素是创新驱动发展。以此为依据，提出皖北地区农业高质量发展的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 We evaluate the high-quality development level of agriculture in northern region of Anhui. It helps to clarify the differences in agricultural development in this region,thereby discovering the bottlenecks that affect the high-quality agricultural development of this region. This paper selects the relevant data of six cities in northern region of Anhui from 2013 to 2022,uses the entropy value method to comprehensively evaluate the level of high-quality development of agriculture in six cities,and to analyze the main factors constraining the high-quality development of agriculture in northern region of Anhui by using the diagnostic model of obstacle factors. From the perspective of time sequence,the high-quality development of agriculture in northern region of Anhui is evaluated. The study shows that the overall level of high-quality development of agriculture in northern region of Anhui is on an upward trend,and the gap in the level of high-quality development of agriculture among different cities is gradually narrowing. The regional distribution of high-quality agricultural development in northern region of Anhui is concentrated in three forms,namely,the initiation stage,the initial realization stage,and the basic realization stage. The main influencing factor for high-quality development of agriculture in the region is innovation-driven development. Based on this,countermeasure suggestions for the high-quality development of agriculture in northern Anhui are proposed.更多还原
