【摘要】 近年来，在青年群体中兴起和流行的以“即兴出行”为内核的新兴旅游方式折射出青年张扬青春、挑战自我的娱乐心理，跟风打卡、寻求认同的孤独心理，以及释放压力、自我解脱的救赎心理。作为一种社会现象，青年“即兴出行”是时间焦虑、媒介朝觐和加速社会等多重因素深度耦合的结果，可能会带来身体“脆皮”、价值迷失和精神茫然等潜在风险。因此，要从提升青年自身素养以增强其自我调适能力、警惕资本技术陷阱以强化核心价值的引领、整合多方资源力量以消解青年意义贫困等多个角度共同发力，助力青年健康成长。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the emerging tourism model centered on improvised travel has been gaining popularity among contemporary youth, reflecting their youthful spirit of self-expression and challenge, their lonely desire for recognition through following trends, and their psychological need to relieve stress and achieve personal liberation. As a social phenomenon, young people’s improvised travel is the result of multiple factors deeply intertwined, including time anxiety, media worship, and accelerated society. However, it also carries risks such as physical fragility, value confusion, and spiritual aimlessness. To this end, efforts should be made from various angles, including enhancing youth literacy, improving self-regulation skills, being wary of capital traps, reinforcing core values, gathering collective strength, and alleviating the poverty of meaning in youth life, so as to help them grow up healthily.更多还原
