【摘要】 目的：调查南疆地区县级医院护理人员对慢性伤口的认知及需求现况，为县级医院护士慢性伤口相关知识培训和继续教育提供依据。方法：采用自行设计的调查问卷对南疆4地州10家县级医疗机构的234名护理人员进行问卷调查，并随机抽取10名护理人员进行半结构式访谈。结果：新疆南疆县级医院护理人员慢性伤口相关知识得分为（18.67±1.56）分；护理人员慢性伤口相关知识需求得分为（34.83±2.36）分；访谈资料中护理人员对慢性伤口概述、评估、护理、伤口愈合影响因素等知识需求强烈。结论：南疆县级护理人员慢性伤口相关知识认知水平较低，需通过多途径加强南疆县级医院护理人员慢性伤口护理相关知识和技能培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the status quo of chronic wound care knowledge and needs of nurses in county-level hospital in Southern Xinjiang,and to provide basis for the training and continuing education of nurses in county-level hospital in southern Xinjiang.Methods:234 nurses from 10 medical institutions in poverty-stricken counties in 4 prefectures of southern Xinjiang were investigated with self-designed questionnaires,and 10 nurses were randomly selected for semi-structured interview.Results:The chronic wound related knowledge score(18.67±1.56),nurses’ chronic wound related knowledge demand score(34.83±2.36).In the interview materials,the nurses need the knowledge of chronic wound outline,assessment,nursing,wound healing factors and so on.Conclusions: The knowledge and cognition level of chronic wound among nurses in county-level hospital in south Xinjiang can not meet the needs of chronic wound patients,it is urgent to strengthen the related knowledge and skills training of chronic wound nursing staff in grass-roots hospitals in county-level hospital through multi-ways.更多还原
