【摘要】 数字经济时代，数据成为新型生产要素，为实现共同富裕带来了新的机遇。本文在理论上分析了数据要素直接影响共同富裕的财富创造效应和财富分配效应，从生产要素和产业结构升级以及就业质量改善的视角阐述了数据要素促进共同富裕的内在机制；并基于2011—2023年的数据估算出中国数据要素投资规模和共同富裕发展水平，构建双向固定效应模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明：在研究的样本期内，数据要素有利于推动共同富裕进程，从内在构成来看，其对总体富裕水平的影响力度大于其对共享发展水平的影响力度；政府与市场在数据要素促进共同富裕过程中存在调节效应，有为政府和有效市场的结合可以更好地发挥数据要素对共同富裕的促进作用。基于此，本文提出相应的政策建议，即促进数据要素与各领域相融合、培育健康运行的数据要素市场以及营造公平竞争的环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of the digital economy,data has emerged as a new production factor,creating novel opportunities for achieving common prosperity. This paper theoretically analyzes how data as a production factor directly impacts common prosperity through wealth creation effects and wealth distribution effects. From the perspectives of production factor enhancement,industrial structure upgrading,and employment quality improvement,it elaborates the intrinsic mechanisms through which data promotes common prosperity. Utilizing data spanning 2011-2023,we estimate China??s data factor investment scale and common prosperity development level,constructing a two-way fixed effects model for empirical validation. The findings reveal that:(1)During the sample period,data as a production factor significantly drives the common prosperity process. In terms of its intrinsic composition,its impact on overall wealth levels surpasses its effect on shared development outcomes.(2)Both government and market demonstrate moderating effects in the process of data-driven common prosperity,where the synergy between a proactive government and an effective market can better amplify data??s role in advancing common prosperity. Based on these conclusions,this study proposes policy recommendations including promoting the integration of data elements across sectors,cultivating a well-regulated data factor market,and fostering a fair competitive environment.更多还原
