【Abstract】 Promoting high quality agricultural development urgently requires new quality productivity as a strategic engine. As the source of agricultural science and technology innovation and the main front for cultivating new quality productivity, agricultural research institutes share a deep-level value coupling with new quality productivity. The two form a synergistic development pattern through benign interaction. In the context of the new era, it is imperative to regard upholding the Party′s leadership and strengthening Party building as the fundamental guarantee for promoting the development of new quality productivity.
