【摘要】 通过对黑龙江省农业科技创新机制现状与对策研究，旨在为农业科技相关部门推动科技创新高质量发展提供有益参考。该文分析了农业科技创新机制的重要性，阐述了农业科技创新机制的现状。通过查阅资料与调查研究，详细介绍农业科技创新机制的现状，同时分析了农业科技创新机制的研发投入强度、平台基建、高层次人才、效能发展和创新能力等方面存在的问题，并提出加大农业科技财政资金研发投入，引进高层次人才给予绿色通道、探索激发效能潜力的创新生态体系、加强科技成果的转化机制建设，有助于保障国家粮食安全、提升农业竞争力、促进农民增收。更多还原

【Abstract】 By studying the current situation and countermeasures of agricultural science and technology innovation mechanism in Heilongjiang Province, the aim is to provide useful references for agricultural science and technology related departments to promote high-quality development of scientific and technological innovation. Analyzed the importance of agricultural technology innovation mechanisms and elaborated on the current status of agricultural technology innovation mechanisms. By consulting materials and conducting research, this article provides a detailed introduction to the current status of agricultural technology innovation mechanisms. At the same time, it analyzes the existing problems in the research and development investment intensity, platform infrastructure, high-level talents, efficiency development, and innovation capabilities of agricultural technology innovation mechanisms. It proposes to increase the research and development investment of agricultural technology finance funds, introduce high-level talents to provide green channels, explore innovative ecosystems that stimulate efficiency potential, and strengthen the construction of mechanisms for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
