大中小学跨学科、交叉学科、综合学科体系整体设计研究——基于教育科技人才一体发展战略的视角

【摘要】 当今社会的科技创新正沿着领域内部的高度分化、领域之间的不断交叉和整体的系统集成三个“增长极”快速发展。加强大中小学跨学科、交叉学科、综合学科建设的一体化设计对落实教育科技人才一体发展战略部署,建立更为完善、更适应现代性和具有创新力的学科体系,培养学生辩证的学科意识和先进的学科理念及跨学科学习能力,夯实教育强国建设的基础教育基点和创生高等教育高点具有独特的价值和意义。大中小学跨学科、交叉学科、综合学科的一体化设计必须秉持教育科技人才一体发展导向、坚持遵循学生认知发展规律和知识生产规律、关注学生学科学习的横向融通和纵向衔接。当前要重点解决一体化设计中基础教育跨学科课程优化、高等教育交叉学科发展深化、大中小学学科体系效能强化等问题。

【Abstract】 Technological innovation in today’s society is advancing rapidly along three “growth poles”: high-level differentiation within individual fields, continuous cross-field interactions, and holistic systemic integration. Strengthening the integrated design of interdisciplinary, cross-disciplinary, and comprehensive discipline construction across primary, secondary, and tertiary education holds unique value and significance for implementing the strategic deployment of the integration development of education, technology, and talent, establishing a more complete, modern, and innovative discipline system, cultivating students’ dialectical discipline awareness, advanced disciplinary concepts, and interdisciplinary learning abilities, and solidifying the foundation of basic education and fostering the pinnacle of higher education in the context of building a country with a strong education foundation. The integrated design of interdisciplinary, cross-disciplinary, and comprehensive disciplines across primary, secondary, and tertiary education must adhere to the orientation of the integrated development of education, technology, and talent, follow the cognitive development patterns of students and the laws of knowledge production, and focus on the horizontal integration and vertical articulation of students’ disciplinary learning. Currently, it is crucial to address key issues in the integrated design, such as optimizing cross-disciplinary curricula in basic education, scientifically developing cross-disciplinary programs in higher education, and achieving a unified design of the disciplinary system across primary, secondary, and tertiary education.
