基于金属-有机框架的电化学传感器在有机小分子测定中的研究进展
Research progress of electrochemical sensors based on metal-organic framework in the determination of organic small molecules
【摘要】 金属-有机框架(MOFs)是一种具有三维骨架结构和特殊化学性质的多孔材料,在微孔传导、催化、分离、生物医学工程和电化学传感等多个学科领域应用广泛.近年来,基于MOFs的传感应用取得了显著进展.本文阐述了MOFs材料的几种常见合成方法,综述了基于MOFs的电化学传感器用于有机小分子测定的最新研究进展,讨论了MOFs材料对农药、抗生素和生物小分子等有机小分子的电化学传感效果,并展望了这一领域的发展前景.
【Abstract】 Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) is a kind of porous material with three-dimensional skeleton structure and special chemical properties, which has been widely used in many fields such as micropore conduction, catalysis, separation, biomedical engineering and electrochemical sensing. In recent years, significant progress has been made in MOFs-based sensing applications. In this paper, several common synthesis methods of MOFs materials are described, and the latest research progress of MOFs-based electrochemical sensors for the determination of organic small molecules is reviewed. The electrochemical sensing effect of MOFs materials on organic small molecules such as pesticides, antibiotics and biological small molecules is discussed, and the development prospect in this field is also prospected.
