【摘要】 实现农村养老服务有效供给，关键在于优化整合养老服务资源。基于资源整合视角，以彩虹模型为理论基础，构建了影响农村养老服务供给有效性的“宏观-中观-微观-支持性要素”因素分析框架，并借助组态分析的模糊集定性比较分析方法(fs QCA)，对“全国农村公共服务典型案例”中的15个案例进行了对比分析。结果发现，在农村养老服务的有效供给中，单一变量并不起决定性作用，农村养老服务有效供给是多种条件变量综合作用的结果。由此归纳出“价值共创型的多层项资源整合模式”“任务驱动型的团块资源整合模式”以及“兜底保障型的单一资源整合模式”三种资源整合模式。据此，未来需要着眼于农村养老服务资源整合的统筹性和综合性、针对性和动态性以及可持续性，推动农村养老服务供给的有效性不断提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key to realizing the precise supply of rural pension services lies in the optimal integration of pension service resources. Based on the perspective of resource integration and the rainbow model as the theoretical basis,we constructed the analytical framework of “macro-medium-micro-supportive elements ”affecting the effectiveness of rural elderly service provision,and analyzed 15 cases from the “National Typical Cases of Rural Public Services”with the help of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis( fs QCA) of group state analysis. It is found that a single variable does not play a decisive role in the effective provision of rural elderly care services,but is the result of the combined effect of a variety of conditional variables. As a result,three modes of resource integration have been identified: the“value-creating multilayered resource integration mode”,the“mission-driven block resource integration mode”and the“guaranteed single resource integration mode”. Accordingly,it is necessary to focus on the integration and comprehensiveness,relevance and dynamism,as well as the sustainability of the integration of resources for rural elderly services,in order to promote the effectiveness of the provision of rural elderly services.更多还原
