【摘要】 与传统型白酒相比，茗酿养生酒中含有中药活性物质，可以满足人们的健康和社交需求。本研究借用红外热成像技术，构建人体穴位定位和温度识别模型，比较分析了茗酿养生酒与一般白酒对人体穴位温度以及相关生理指标的影响。结果表明，茗酿养生酒能快速刺激解酒穴位，加快酒精代谢，降低酒精对体表温度刺激，同时对酒精代谢导致的心率变化影响较低，并能提高血氧饱和度，对血压和呼吸频率的影响较小。本研究从中医经络的角度为现代养生酒的开发与应用提供了科学依据，以推动养生酒的精准化、个性化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared with conventional Baijiu, Mingniang Healthcare Liquor contains bioactive compounds derived from traditional Chinese medicine, thereby addressing both health and social needs of consumers. This study compared the effect of Mingniang Healthcare Liquor and regular Baijiu on human acupoint temperature and related physiological indicators by constructing a human acupoint temperature recognition model with infrared thermal imaging technology. Results showed that Mingniang Healthcare Liquor could rapidly stimulate the detoxification acupoints, accelerate alcohol metabolism, and mitigate the temperature increase on the skin caused by alcohol. Besides, Mingniang Healthcare Liquor exerted minimal influence on heart rate fluctuation induced by alcohol metabolism, increased blood oxygen saturation, and had negligible effect on blood pressure and respiratory rate. This study provides a scientific foundation for the development and application of modern healthcare liquors from the perspective of traditional Chinese meridian, so as to promote the customized development of healthcare liquors.更多还原
