新能源材料设计与制备研究型创新实验——铋离子基健康照明材料的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 针对半导体照明发光材料这部分内容的教学,设计了“铋离子基健康照明材料的制备及性能研究”研究型创新实验。实验内容包含了发光材料的制备、材料的物相和性能表征以及LED灯的组装。整个实验涉及文献调研、数据处理和科研论文撰写等多个环节,旨在全面培养学生的科研素养;同时实验优化了考核评价模式并创造性地引入了对比实验。通过新旧材料和器件的性能对比,进一步培养学生发现问题和解决问题的能力,为学生在该领域进一步深造奠定基础。

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of China’s vigorous development of new energy, integrating the latest scientific research achievements into the teaching of new energy material design and preparation courses is of great significance for cultivating high-quality talents with innovative spirit in the field of new energy. Therefore, this paper focuses on the teaching of semiconductor lighting luminescent materials and designs a research-based innovative experiment entitled“Preparation and Performance Study of Bismuth Ion-Based Healthy Lighting Materials.”The experiment includes the preparation of luminescent materials, characterization of material phases and properties, and the assembly of LED lamps. The experimental process involves literature research, data processing, and scientific paper writing, aiming to comprehensively cultivate students’ research literacy. Additionally, this experiment optimizes the assessment and evaluation model and creatively introduces comparative experiments. By comparing the performance of new and old materials and devices, it further enhances students’ ability to identify and solve problems, laying a solid foundation for their further studies in this field.
