【摘要】 建立健全科学的创新创业教育体系是高校培养全面人才的重要组成部分。科学体系的建设需要深化创新创业的课程教学理念、增强教学内容和师资队伍、完善课程教学过程和课程考核评价体系等。对地方食品类高校创新创业教育课程体系的建设与实践进行了研究，分析了当前创新创业教育课程体系的现状；通过树立基于新工科建设的创新创业课程研究性教学理念、建立地方食品类高校创新创业教育课程目标体系、重构创新创业融入的课程教学内容和培育“双师型”教学队伍、设计创新创业融入的课程教学过程等措施为推进创新创业教育的发展、提高人才培养质量提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Establishing and perfecting the scientific innovation and entrepreneurship education system is an important part of cultivating comprehensive talents in colleges and universities. The construction of a scientific system includes deepening the course teaching concept of innovation and entrepreneurship,enhancing the teaching content and teaching staff,and improving the course teaching process and course assessment and evaluation system. This paper studied the construction and practice of the curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local food universities. The current curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education was analyzed. The research teaching concept of innovation and entrepreneurship based on new engineering construction was found. And then the objective system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local food universities was established. The teaching content of innovation and entrepreneurship was reconstructed.“Double-qualified”teaching team was cultivated and the course teaching process of innovation and entrepreneurship were designed. This paper provided new ideas for promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and improving the quality of talent training.更多还原
