【摘要】 一流学科建设是提升大学整体实力的重中之重。在国家和省政府的领导下，各高校均加快了建设一流大学和一流学科的步伐。地方应用型大学也在不断明确自身学科定位和发展目标，结合自身办学优势，推动优势学科迈向国家级一流学科建设进程。以渤海大学食品科学与工程学科为例，概述了我国食品科学与工程学科建设与发展现状，从师资队伍、科研条件和国际化水平3个方面分析了地方应用型大学面临的多重困境，从学科定位、发展举措、育才引智、经费投入、国际合作和社会服务等方面深入剖析了应用型大学一流学科建设与高质量发展路径，以期为地方应用型大学的学科建设和高质量发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of first-class disciplines is of paramount importance in enhancing the overall strength of universities. Under the leadership of the national and provincial governments,all universities have accelerated the pace of building first-class universities and disciplines. Local applied universities are also constantly clarifying their disciplinary positioning and development goals,combining their own educational advantages to promote the construction process of advantageous disciplines towards national first-class disciplines. This article took the Food Science and Engineering discipline of Bohai University as an example to summarize the current situation of the construction and development of food science and engineering disciplines in China. It analyzed the multiple challenges faced by local applied universities from three aspects:faculty,research conditions,and internationalization level. It also deeply analyzed the first-class discipline construction and high-quality development path of applied universities from the aspects of discipline positioning,development measures,talent cultivation and introduction,funding investment,international cooperation,and social services,in order to provide reference for the discipline construction and high-quality development of local applied universities.更多还原
