【摘要】 “食品无损检测技术”课程涵盖了食品科学、生物科学、材料科学等多门学科的内容，是一门综合性较强的课程。“以学生为中心”的教育模式能够引导学生全面发展，使其成为顺应时代需求的新工科人才。“案例导入-任务驱动”教学法能够有效提升学生的自主学习能力，增强师生之间的互动交流，是以“学生为中心”的教育模式的具体措施之一。因此，提出将“案例导入-任务驱动”教学法应用于“食品无损检测技术”课程中，介绍了具体的实施方法和步骤，以期为其他课程的教学改革提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Food Nondestructive Detection Technology course covers the contents of food science,biological science,material science and other engineering disciplines,so that it is a comprehensive course. The“student-centered”education model is beneficial to the comprehensive development of students,and can make them be the new engineering talents to meet social need. “Case introduction-task driven”teaching method can effectively improve students’ autonomous learning ability and enhance the interaction between teachers and students,which is one of the concrete measures of“student-centered”education model. Therefore,this paper proposed the application of“Case introduction-task driven”teaching method in the Food Non-destructive Detection Technology course,and introduced the specific implementation methods and steps,to provide reference of teaching reform for the other courses.更多还原
