【摘要】 如何推进农户家庭用能升级对于实现农村碳减排和乡村生态振兴具有重要意义。论文利用2016—2022年中国家庭追踪调查数据,从炊事能源角度考察农户数字素养对家庭用能清洁转型的影响。结果显示,农户数字素养水平提升有助于推动家庭炊事用能清洁转型,该作用在管道设施完善以及老年抚养比低的家庭中更为明显。机制分析表明,数字素养提升一方面会促进农户收入水平增长和收入来源多样化,提高家庭清洁能源消费能力,另一方面也会提升农户对健康问题和环保问题的积极认知,增强家庭清洁能源消费意愿,并最终推动家庭炊事用能清洁转型。进一步分析发现,数字素养水平提升有助于农户持续消费清洁炊事能源,是构筑家庭用能清洁转型的长效机制。据此,应大力开展农户数字素养教育和培训计划,加强农村清洁能源基础设施建设,以合理引导农户的清洁能源消费行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to promote the upgrade of household energy use is of great significance for achieving rural carbon reduction and rural ecological revitalization. This paper uses data from the China Family Panel Studies conducted between 2016 and 2022 to examine the impact of farmers’ digital literacy on the clean transition of household energy use from the perspective of cooking energy. The results show that an improvement in farmers’ digital literacy levels helps drive the clean transition of household cooking energy use, with this effect being more pronounced in households with better pipeline facilities and lower old-age dependency ratios. Mechanism analysis indicates that improving digital literacy not only promotes growth in farmers’ income levels and diversification of income sources, enhancing their ability to consume clean energy, but also strengthens their positive awareness of health and environmental issues, increasing their willingness to consume clean energy, ultimately driving the clean transition of household cooking energy use. Further analysis reveals that an improvement in digital literacy levels helps farmers sustainably consume clean cooking energy, serving as a long-term mechanism for building the clean transition of household energy use. Therefore, it is necessary to vigorously implement digital literacy education and training programs for farmers and strengthen the construction of rural clean energy infrastructure to reasonably guide farmers’ clean energy consumption behavior.更多还原
