【摘要】 国家文化公园作为特定的文化空间和文化资源保护领地，承载着中华民族的集体记忆和文化认同，具有弘扬中华文化、促进经济与社会发展、促进生态保护等多重功能。文生视频大模型作为当下生成式人工智能的前沿进展，具备模拟现实世界和文化场景的能力，能够丰富国家文化公园的展示场景，为游客提供更加多样化和沉浸式的参观体验。同时，文生视频AI的应用有助于提升文化公园的服务质量和管理水平，促进文化旅游业可持续发展，并推动中华文化走向世界。文生视频大模型在赋能国家文化公园的过程中，面临算法偏见、技术滥用、隐私保护等多重挑战。基于人本主义视角，当前亟须在文化遗产保护与技术创新之间实现动态平衡，完善人工智能的法律保障体系，强化算法监管框架，建立健全的内容审查与知识产权保护机制，制定合理的信息采集与隐私保护措施，以确保技术与社会、文化之间的协调发展，引领人与技术共同迈向更加光明的未来。更多还原

【Abstract】 The national cultural parks, as a specific cultural space and cultural resources protection territory, carry the collective memory and cultural identity of the Chinese nation. They play multiple roles in promoting Chinese culture, fostering economic and social development, and contributing to ecological preservation. The text-to-video large model, a milestone in current generative artificial intelligence, has the ability to simulate real-world and cultural scenarios, enriching the exhibition experience within the national cultural parks. This model offers visitors a more diverse and immersive experience. Meanwhile,the application of text-to-video AI helps to enhance the service quality and management efficiency of the park, promotes the sustainable development of the cultural tourism industry, and advances the global reach of Chinese culture.However, the application of the text-to-video large model in empowering national cultural parks faces multiple challenges, including algorithmic biases, technology misuse, and privacy protection issues. From a humanistic perspective, there is an urgent need to achieve a dynamic balance between cultural heritage protection and technological innovation. It is essential to improve the legal protection framework for artificial intelligence, strengthen algorithmic regulation, establish sound content review and intellectual property protection mechanisms, and implement reasonable measures for data collection and privacy protection.
