【摘要】 推动各民族人口高质量发展是增强各民族共同性，铸牢中华民族共同体意识的题中之义。本文基于共同体视阈，全面审视民族人口高质量发展的进程与进路问题。在现实进程方面，各民族呈现人口素质显著提升与发展不均衡并存、人口总量充裕与分民族人口数量分化并存、人口年龄结构高龄型与成年型并存、人口分布区域集中与流动扩散并存四个特点。人口高质量发展的过程趋同性与结果差异性，决定了未来民族人口高质量发展之路应该坚持以人口素质提升夯实民族人口质量共同体、以人口适度增长夯实民族人口多元共同体、以人口结构优化夯实民族人口均衡共同体、以人口分布合理夯实民族人口空间共同体的实践导向。从而在不断强化各民族人口发展趋向与结果的共同性过程中，为持续推进中华民族共同体建设提供现实支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The advancement of high-quality development across all ethnic groups is pivotal in strengthening the commonality of all ethnic groups and forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.This paper comprehensively examines the process and approaches of high-quality population development of ethnic groups from the perspective of community.In terms of the realistic process, all ethnic groups exhibit four characteristics: the coexistence of significant improvement in population quality and insufficient development, the coexistence of sufficient total population and quantity differentiation, the coexistence of an elderly-age population structure and an adult-age population structure, and the coexistence of concentrated and dispersed regional population distribution.The commonality of the process of high-quality population development and the differentiated results determine that the future path for high-quality population development of ethnic groups should adhere to the following practical orientations: solidifying the quality of the ethnic community through improved population quality, consolidating the multi-ethnic community through moderate population growth, enhancing the balanced ethnic community through optimized population structure, and reinforcing the spatial ethnic community through rational population distribution.This continuous reinforcement of the commonality in the population development trends and outcomes of all ethnic groups will provide practical support for the sustained advancement of the Chinese national community.更多还原
