【摘要】 《景岳全书》共有六十四卷，涉及内容丰富，包含理法方药、内外妇儿等，其针灸治疗独树一帜。通过复习《景岳全书》中关于针灸的文献，梳理其针灸特色。《景岳全书》中以灸法为主，以点刺出血为辅，采用灸法治疗疾病有20种，针刺治疗有4种；艾灸高频次选穴有中脘(7频次)、气海(6频次)、百会(4频次)、合谷(4频次)、肩井(4频次)、神阙(4频次)、章门(4频次)、足三里(4频次)。艾灸以阳虚多寒，经络凝滞者为宜；砭刺则以去恶血，以消热肿；除了常见穴位之外，另有其他定穴治病治法，亦善用熨治法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jingyue Quanshu a total of 64 volumes, involving rich content, including principles, prescription medicine, internal and external women and children, its acupuncture treatment unique. Through reviewing the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in Jingyue Quanshu, the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion are sorted out. There are 20 kinds of diseases treated by moxibustion and 4 kinds by acupuncture in Jingyue Quanshu. The high frequency points of moxibustion include Zhongwan(7 frequency), Qihai(6 frequency), Baihui(4 frequency), Hegu(4 frequency), Jianjing(4 frequency), Shenque(4 frequency), Zhangmen(4 frequency) and Zusanli(4 frequency).
