【摘要】 目的:观察分析祖师麻膏药外敷联合针刀疏筋解结术治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:选取我院诊治的腰肌劳损患者96例，依据随机数字表法分成试验组与对照组，每组均纳入48例。对照组予针刀疏筋解结术治疗；试验组予祖师麻膏药贴敷联合针刀疏筋解结术治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、改良ODI评分、JOA评分变化以及临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分与改良ODI评分明显降低，且试验组降低更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后JOA评分显著提高，且试验组指标改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗后试验组腰肌劳损50%以上改善率明显多于对照组(P<0.05),且试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祖师麻膏药外敷可有效缓解腰肌劳损临床症状，改善临床体征，并且联合针刀疏筋解结术可进一步减轻患者腰部疼痛，提高远期疗效，缓解术后不适感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyse the clinical efficacy of external application of Zushima Plaster combined with needle-knife tendon detoxification in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain injury.Methods Ninety-six patients with lumbar muscle strain injury treated in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the method of random number table, and 48 cases were included in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture and knifing; the experimental group was treated with Zushima Plaster combined with acupuncture and knifing. Observe and compare the changes of VAS score, modified ODI score, JOA score and clinical efficacy before and after treatment.Results VAS score and modified ODI score were significantly reduced after treatment in both groups, and the reduction was more obvious in the experimental group(P<0.05); JOA score was significantly improved after treatment in both groups, and the improvement of the indexes was more obvious in the experimental group(P<0.05); the rate of improvement of more than 50% in the lumbar strain injury in the experimental group after treatment was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Zushima Plaster can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of lumbar muscle strain injury and improve the clinical signs, and combined with needle-knife tendon detoxification can further reduce the patient’s lumbar pain, improve the long-term therapeutic effect, and alleviate the postoperative discomfort.更多还原
