【Abstract】 The year 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. Drawing on the perspectives of over a hundred experts and scholars, this paper synthesizes viewpoints under the themes of the War of Resistance and its cultural legacy, the theories and policies of Chinese national cohesion during the wartime period, and the role of the war in strengthening the unity of the Chinese nation. By drawing on past experience to guide the future, it positions the spirit of the War of Resistance as a vital historical legacy of the Chinese nation. We resolutely oppose all forms of war, hegemony, unilateralism and protectionism, and advocate for building a community with a shared future for China and its neighboring countries, as well as for humanity as a whole.
