膏体与固体协同综采充填技术研究

【摘要】 针对综采膏体充填存在的产能低、材料成本高、固废处理量少等问题,通过理论分析、实验室模拟和现场试验,提出膏体与固体协同综采充填技术。地面或井下的矸石等松散固废经过运矸系统进入充填支架顶梁下方悬挂的带式输送机,再通过带式输送机中部犁式卸料器、溜槽和充填支架隔离板上的溜矸孔与充填管道内的膏体同时充入待充填区,膏体与固体物料混合形成新的胶结充填体,用于充填采空区及支撑顶板。该研究证实了膏体与固体协同综采充填方法的可行性,该技术具有材料成本低、漏浆风险小、隔离效率高、充填时间短、固废破碎成本低、固废处理量大、可实现矸石不升井等优势。

【Abstract】 In response to the existing problems of low production capacity,high material costs,low solid waste processing amount and others in paste filling of fully mechanized mining,paste and solid collaborative fully mechanized mining filling technology is proposed through theoretical analysis,laboratory simulation,and on-site experiment.Loose solid waste such as gangue and others from the ground surface or downhole are transported through the gangue transportation system into the belt conveyor suspended below the top beam of the filling bracket.Then,through the belt conveyor central section plow type unloader,chute,slippery gangue hole on the filling bracket isolation plate and paste in the filling pipeline to simultaneously filled into the area to be filled.The paste is mixed with solid materials to form a new cemented filling body,which is used to fill the goaf and support the roof.This study confirms the feasibility of the paste and solid collaborative fully mechanized mining filling method,this technology has advantages of low material cost,low risk of slurry leakage,high isolation efficiency,short filling time,low crushing cost of solid waste,large solid waste processing amount,the ability to achieve gangue without rising into well and so on.
