复杂地质开采环境下工作面过渡段支架稳定性分析
Study on Stability of Support Structures in Transition Zones of Working Faces under Complex Mining Conditions
【摘要】 以淮南某矿区14321工作面为背景,通过数值模拟和现场工业性试验,对工作面过渡段液压支架移架稳定性开展了深入分析。建立三维模型,结合ANSYS Workbench瞬态动力学分析构建支架-围岩耦合数值模型。研究结果表明:中间支架移架时虽未发生倾覆失稳现象,但沿工作面倾斜方向产生显著滑移。通过改进平衡千斤顶参数和支架布置方式,使平均工况与临界工况2种工况下的滑移量分别降低82.56%和80.04%,验证了改进措施的有效性,为液压支架稳定性、安全可靠性提高等方面提供理论基础和实践参考。
【Abstract】 Taking the 14321 working face in a mining area of Huainan as the background, this study conducted an in-depth analysis on the stability of hydraulic support relocation in the transition section of the working face through numerical simulation and on-site industrial tests. A three-dimensional model was established, and a support-surrounding rock coupling numerical model was constructed by combining the transient dynamic analysis in ANSYS Workbench. The research results show that although no overturning instability occurred during the movement of the intermediate supports,significant slippage was observed along the inclined direction of the working face. By improving the parameters of balance jacks and the arrangement mode of supports, the slippage under both average working conditions and critical working conditions was reduced by 82.56% and 80.04% respectively,verifying the effectiveness of the improvement measures. This provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for enhancing the stability and safety reliability of hydraulic supports.
