过老窑破坏区高强稳定型联合支护技术

【摘要】 由于历史遗留的煤炭资源无序开采问题,矿区普遍存在结构复杂的老窑破坏区,对现阶段煤炭资源安全开采构成了系统性安全威胁。针对过老窑破坏区巷道围岩破碎、支护困难等技术难题,提出了“超前预注浆+锚网索+工字钢+喷射混凝土+壁后充填”高强稳定型联合支护技术,并在荆宝煤业30302回风顺槽开展现场工业性试验。结果表明,过老窑破坏区高强稳定型联合支护技术能够有效提升巷道围岩稳定性,显著降低矿山开采中的安全隐患。

【Abstract】 Due to historical unregulated coal mining, complex old mine goaf areas are common in mining regions, endangering current safe coal extraction. To address the challenges of broken roadway surrounding rock and difficult support in these goaf areas, a high-strength and stable combined supporting technology of "advanced pre-grouting +anchor mesh and cables +I-beams +shotcrete +backfilling" was proposed and tested in the 30302 return airway of Jingbao coal industry. Results show that this technology effectively improves surrounding rock stability and reduces mining safety risks.
