煤层瓦斯涌出量中长期预测的等效算法
Equivalent Algorithm for Medium and Long Term Prediction of Coal Seam Gas Emission
【摘要】 提出一种煤层瓦斯涌出量中长期预测的等效算法。该算法基于煤层采掘瓦斯涌出等效层的划分,由影响因素选用、基本算式和计算参数3部分构成。其预测过程共享等效层已有的影响系数数据库,但只选用自然影响因素部分,不考虑人为因素,预测结果是近于原煤状态下的平均值。依据智能预测软件的计算结果,可在工程图上绘制出采掘瓦斯涌出量预测等值线。开滦吕家坨矿6275综采工作面瓦斯涌出量的预测检验表明,基于等效算法预测绘制的深部煤层瓦斯涌出量等值线,具有充分的可信度和实用性,能够为矿井中长期瓦斯防治措施的制定,提供有效的支撑数据。
【Abstract】 Presents an equivalent algorithm for medium and long term prediction of coal seam gas emission. Based on the division of equivalent layers in coal seam extraction, the algorithm is composed of three parts: selection of influencing factors, basic calculation formula and calculation parameters. The prediction process shares the existing influence coefficient database of the equivalent layer, but only selects the part of natural influencing factors, not considering human factors, the prediction result is the average value in the raw coal state. With the help of the intelligent prediction software, the calculated results can be drawn on the engineering drawings as isoline of the mining gas emission. According to the prediction test of gas emission in the 6275 fully mechanized mining face of Lvjiatuo mine in Kailuan, it is shown that the gas emission quantity isoline of deep coal seam based on the equivalent algorithm has sufficient credibility and practicability, and it can provide effective support data for the formulation of medium-and long term gas control measures in the mine.
