新疆中低阶煤地下气化物理化学特征及影响因素分析

【摘要】 新疆煤炭资源量大且以中低阶煤为主,具有挥发分含量高、着火点低等特点。阐述了中低阶煤氧化区、还原区、干馏区和干燥区四区的物理化学特征。针对新疆中低阶煤地下气化的特征,重点讨论煤地下气化过程中,气化炉温度、煤层厚度的选择、气化通道的设计、控水、控压等影响因素对产出煤气质量的影响;为新疆中低阶煤进行地下气化现场试验提供了必要的依据。

【Abstract】 Xinjiang has abundant coal resources, mainly consisting of medium and low rank coal,characterized by high volatile content and low ignition point. Elaborates on the physical and chemical characteristics of the oxidation zone, reduction zone, dry distillation zone, and drying zone of medium and low rank coal. In view of the characteristics of underground gasification of medium and low rank coal in Xinjiang, this study focuses on the influence of gasifier temperature, coal seam thickness selection, gasification channel design, water and pressure control, and other influencing factors on the quality of coal gas output during the coal underground gasification process. This provides necessary basis for on-site experimental testing of underground gasification of medium and low rank coal in Xinjiang.
