【摘要】 在数字经济与“双碳”战略协同推进的背景下，探究长三角城市群数字经济对全要素能源效率的影响机制，对破解区域高质量发展与碳减排协同难题具有重要现实意义。基于2002—2019年长三角26个城市面板数据，采用熵值法构建数字经济综合指数，运用包含超效率SBM模型测度全要素能源效率，并通过双向固定效应模型与中介效应模型等系统检验其作用路径。研究发现：数字经济显著促进全要素能源效率提升，并具有稳健性；区域异质性显著，2006年后数字经济对全要素能源效率的影响更为显著，且不同资源禀赋城市的受益程度存在差异，自然资源型城市受益最大；技术创新与产业结构升级是关键机制因素，后者作用更为突出；此外，本地数字经济发展对邻近地区具有正向溢出效应。基于此，提出强化数字基建、完善创新激励、优化产业结构、深化区域协同的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the coordinated promotion of digital economy and "dual carbon" strategy, it is of great practical significance to explore the impact mechanism of digital economy on total factor energy efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration to solve the problem of regional high-quality development and carbon emission reduction synergy. Based on the panel data of26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2002 to 2019, this paper adopts the entropy value method to construct a comprehensive index of digital economy, applies the SBM model including super-efficiency to measure the total factor energy efficiency, and systematically tests its action path through the two-way fixed effect model and the mediating effect model. The results show that digital economy can significantly improve total factor energy efficiency and has robustness; regional heterogeneity is significant, and the impact of the digital economy on total factor energy efficiency is more significant after 2006, and the degree of benefit varies among cities with different resource endowments, with natural resource cities benefiting the most; technological innovation and upgrading of industrial structure are the key mechanism factors, with the latter playing a more prominent role. In addition, local digital economy development has positive spillover effects on neighboring regions. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen digital infrastructure, improve innovation incentives, optimize industrial structure, and deepen regional coordination.更多还原
