【摘要】 社区居民参与作为基层治理的重要组成部分，是实现全过程人民民主的生动实践，对提升社区治理效能具有重要意义。本文以H社区居民参与垃圾分类为例，基于行动者网络理论，从行动者识别、网络构建与互动、翻译与转译、持续参与机制四个维度构建分析框架，深入探讨社区居民参与的实现机制。研究发现，多元行动者的互动协作、利益协调与共识达成、激励机制以及制度保障与社区文化建设，共同推动了社区垃圾分类工作的有效开展。基于上述结论，提出准确识别多元行动者、加强网络构建与互动、促进翻译与转译、深化居民持续参与机制建设等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resident participation in community governance,as a critical component of grassroots governance,represents a vivid practice of whole-process people’s democracy and holds significant importance for enhancing the effectiveness of community governance. Taking resident participation in waste sorting in Community H as a case study,this paper constructs an analytical framework based on Actor-Network Theory(ANT) across four dimensions: actor identification,network construction and interaction,translation and mediation,and mechanisms for sustained participation,delves into the internal mechanisms of community resident participation. The study reveals that the effective implementation of community waste sorting is driven by the interaction and collaboration among multiple actors,interest coordination and consensus-building,incentive mechanisms,as well as institutional safeguards and community cultural development. Building on these findings,the paper proposes recommendations to accurately identify diverse actors,enhance network building and interaction,facilitate translation and transmutation,and deepen the mechanism for continued resident participation.更多还原
