【摘要】 目的：探究富血小板血浆(Platelet rich plasma，PRP)在浅表性擦伤创面修复中的临床应用效果。方法：选取2022年1月-2023年12月临汾市人民医院收治的68例皮肤擦伤患者(共计94处小面积浅表性擦伤创面)作为研究对象进行回顾性分析。入组患者按治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组创面常规清洁消毒后用美皮康泡沫敷料贴敷保湿，外用纱布包扎固定，常规换药；观察组在对照组基础上采用PRP注射及PRP凝胶外敷联合治疗。统计比较两组创面愈合情况、愈合时间、换药次数、创面炎性指标评分及创面愈合后的瘢痕情况[温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale，VSS)]。结果：相较于对照组，观察组疗效更好，愈合时间更短，换药次数更少(均P<0.05)；治疗1 d、3 d、7 d，观察组创面炎性指标评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后VSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：PRP治疗小面积浅表性擦伤创面可明显缩短创面愈合时长，减少换药次数，降低创面炎症反应，且能减少瘢痕的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of platelet rich plasma (PRP) in the repair of superficial abrasion wounds.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 68 patients with skin abrasions (a total of 94 small superficial abrasion wounds) admitted to Linfen People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group based on different treatment methods.In the control group,the wounds were routinely cleaned and disinfected,and Moistex foam dressings were applied for moisture retention,followed by external bandaging with gauze and routine dressing changes.In the observation group,PRP injection and PRP gel external application were used in combination with the treatment in the control group.Statistically compare the wound healing status,healing time,number of dressing changes,inflammatory index scores of the wounds,and scar[Vancouver scar scale (VSS)]between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better,the healing time was shorter,and the frequency of dressing changes was lower (all P<0.05).at 1 day,3 days,and 7 days of treatment,the inflammatory index scores of the wound in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).after treatment,the VSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion PRP treatment for small superficial abrasion wounds can significantly shorten the healing time of the wounds,reduce the frequency of dressing changes,lower the inflammatory response of the wounds,and also reduce the formation of scars.更多还原
