【摘要】 目的：探讨微聚焦超声技术联合透明质酸注射在面部年轻化治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2023年3月-2023年10月笔者医院收治的21例面部皮肤松弛就医者为研究对象。所有就医者采取微聚焦超声技术联合透明质酸注射进行治疗。观察就医者术后并发症发生情况；采用麦施美学量表(Merz aesthetics scales，MAS)评估就医者治疗前后鼻唇沟、木偶纹、下颌线不规则及颌颈部脂肪堆积的情况；采用整体美学改善量表(Global aesthetic improvement scale，GAIS)评估就医者治疗后的整体变化情况；随访就医者满意度。结果：21例就医者治疗后鼻唇沟、木偶纹、下颌线不规则及颌颈部脂肪堆积的评分均低于术前(P<0.05)；术后随访，21例就医者面部改善效果医生和就医者评价的改善率均为100%；就医者总满意率为90.47%；所有就医者均未出现严重并发症。结论：微聚焦超声技术联合透明质酸注射治疗能有效提升面部年轻化疗效，安全性好，具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of microfocused ultrasound (MFU) combined with hyaluronic acid injectionin facial rejuvenation treatment.Methods Twenty-one patients with facial skin relaxation and telangiectasia who were treated in the author’s hospital from March to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients were treated with microfocused ultrasound (MFU) combined with hyaluronic acid injection.The occurrence of postoperative complications was observed.Merz aesthetics scales (MAS) was used to evaluate the nasolabial fold,puppet lines,irregular mandibular line and fat accumulation in the jaw and neck before and after treatment.The Global aesthetic improvement scale (GAIS) was used to evaluate the overall changes of patients after treatment.Patient satisfaction was followed up.Results The scores of nasolabial fold,puppet lines,irregular mandibular line and fat accumulation in jaw and neck after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05).Postoperative follow-up showed that the improvement rate of facial improvement in 21 patients was 100% evaluated by doctors and patients.The total satisfaction rate of patients was 90.47%.No serious complications occurred in all patients.Conclusion The combined application of microfocused ultrasound and hyaluronic acid injection effectively enhances therapeutic efficacy in facial rejuvenation,with good safety,and has clinical promotion value.更多还原
