回风口布置方式对车间气流组织的影响
Research on Influence of Return Air Outlet Layout on Airflow Organization in Workshop
【摘要】 以某电池制造厂房化成分容车间为研究对象,采用CFD方法,研究冬季工况下,回风口布置方式与送风速度对车间内气流组织的影响。回风口布置采用回风口分散布置方式、回风口集中布置方式,回风口分散布置方式又分为低送风速度工况、设计送风速度工况。回风口分散、集中布置方式均可满足室内温度要求。采用低送风速度工况的回风口分散布置方式时,车间内气流扰动最小,钢质平台人员活动区域平均流速更低,流速不均匀系数、温度不均匀系数最小。选择低送风速度工况的回风口分散布置方式。
【Abstract】 Taking the formation and grading workshop of a battery manufacturing plant as the research object,the CFD method is used to study the influence of the return air outlet layout and air supply speed on the airflow organization in the workshop under winter working conditions. The layout of the return air outlet adopts the methods of dispersed layout and centralized layout.The dispersed layout of the return air outlet is further divided into low air supply speed conditions and design air supply speed conditions. Both dispersed and centralized layouts of the return air outlet can meet the indoor temperature requirements. When using the dispersed layout of the return air outlet under low air supply speed conditions, the airflow disturbance in the workshop is minimized, the average flow velocity in the steel platform personnel activity area is lower, and the flow velocity non-uniformity and temperature non-uniformity are minimized. The dispersed layout of the return air outlet under low air supply speed condition should be selected.
