【摘要】 目的 评估盆腔深部热疗对中重度ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎患者的疗效和安全性。方法 选取2018年9月至2023年9月贵州省人民医院收治的65例经盆腔深部热疗方式治疗的中重度ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,统计患者治疗前美国国立卫生院慢性前列腺炎症状评分系统(National Institutes of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index,NIH-CPSI)的得分,并在治疗4周、8周和12周后分别进行NIH-CPSI评估,并记录不良反应。结果 治疗前NIH-CPSI评分为(25.89±3.43)分,治疗4周后NIH-CPSI评分为(23.81±1.83)分,治疗前与治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周和12周后NIH-CPSI评分分别为(17.48±4.62)分和(13.63±5.09)分,与治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后总有效率达90.13%,无发生不良反应。结论 盆腔深部热疗是治疗中重度ⅢB型慢性前列腺炎的一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of deep pelvic hyperthermia in patients with moderate tosevere type ⅢB chronic prostatitis.Methods A total of 65 patients with moderate tosevere type ⅢB chronic prostatitis treated with deep pelvic hyperthermia in Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from September 2018 to September 2023 were collected,and the scores of the National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Score(NIH-CPSI) before treatment were counted.NIH-CPSI was evaluated after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The NIH-CPSI score was 25.89±3.43 before treatment,and 23.81±1.83 after 4 weeks of treatment,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The NIH-CPSI scores were 17.48±4.62 and 13.63±5.09 after 8 and 12 weeks of treatment,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate reached 90.13% after 12 weeks of treatment,and no adverse reactions occurred in patients.Conclusion Deep pelvic hyperthermia is a safe and effective treatment for moderate tosevere type ⅢB chronic prostatitis.更多还原
