【摘要】 目的 探讨“四精”护理模式在泌尿外科老年膀胱癌患者康复中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年6月期间娄底市中心医院收治的50例接受泌尿外科经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术的老年患者的临床资料,根据随机分组法分为对照组(常规护理)与试验组(常规护理+四精护理模式),每组25例。对比患者的术后康复情况,包括疼痛评分、并发症发生率、住院天数、生活质量等指标。结果 试验组术后疼痛评分(visual analogue scale,VAS量表)显著低于对照组[(3.25±0.62)分比(4.78±0.85)分](t=3.62,P<0.01),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(16.00%比40.00%,χ~2=4.67,P<0.05)。试验组平均住院天数为(7.28±1.12) d,对照组为(9.56±1.37) d(t=5.29,P<0.01),试验组术后生活质量评分(36-item Short-Form,SF-36)量表显著高于对照组(82.45±5.23分比75.68±6.14分)(t=4.12,P<0.01)。结论 四精护理模式显著改善了泌尿外科老年膀胱癌患者的术后康复效果,减少并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of the "four-precision" nursing model in the rehabilitation of elderly bladder cancer patients in urology.Methods The clinical data of 50 elderly patients who underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumors(TURBT) in the Department of Urology of Loudi Central Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(routine care) and an experimental group(routine care+ "four-precision" nursing model),with 25 cases in each group.The postoperative rehabilitation of the patients was compared,including pain scores,complication rates,length of hospital stay,quality of life and other indicators.Results The postoperative pain score(visual analogue scale,VAS scale) of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group [(3.25±0.62) vs.(4.78±0.85)](t=3.62,P<0.01),and the complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.00% vs.40.00%,χ~2=4.67,P<0.05).The average length of hospital stay in the experimental group was(7.28±1.12) days,and that in the control group was(9.56±1.37) days(t=5.29,P<0.01).The postoperative quality of life score(36-item Short-Form,SF-36) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group [(82.45±5.23) vs.(75.68±6.14)](t=4.12,P<0.01).Conclusion The "four-precision" nursing model could significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation,reduce the rate of complications,shorten the hospital stay,and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
