【摘要】 为评价烤烟杂交种YY021黑胫病抗性，采用室内接种鉴定和病圃鉴定相结合的方法，以YY021及其父本河洛1号和母本MS豫烟13号、抗病品种革新3号、中抗品种金星6007、感病品种小黄金1025和豫中主栽品种中烟100为供试品种，以1号小种为黑胫病菌生理小种，连续3 a对供试品种黑胫病抗性进行鉴定，计算发病率和病情指数，初步评价黑胫病抗性。结果表明，烤烟杂交种YY021黑胫病发病率和病情指数均介于父母本之间，有中亲优势。YY021黑胫病抗性略优于豫中主栽品种中烟100，略低于抗病品种革新3号，初步判断YY021中抗黑胫病1号小种。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the black shank disease resistance of flue-cured tobacco hybrid YY021,a combination of indoor inoculation identification and disease nursery identification was used to identify YY021 and its male parent Heluo 1 and female parent MS Yuyan 13,the disease resistant variety Gexin3,the moderately resistant variety Jinxing 6007,the disease susceptible variety Xiaohuangjin 1025,and the main cultivar of Zhongyan 100,as the test varieties,with the black shank disease fungus No. 1 race,for three consecutive years,black shank disease resistance of the test varieties was characterized,and the incidence rate and disease index were calculated for preliminary evaluation of black shank disease resistance. The results showed that the incidence rate of black shank disease and disease index of the flue-cured tobacco hybrid YY021 were between the parents,with mesophilic advantage. YY021 black shank disease resistance was slightly better than the main cultivar of Zhongyan 100,slightly lower than the disease resistant varieties Gexin 3,so it was perliminarily judged that YY021 was moderately resistant to the black shank disease No. 1 small species.更多还原
