【摘要】 新时代思想政治教育内容创新发展的出发点是为适应和体现中国特色社会主义实践对人的思想政治和道德素养提出的新要求，习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是新时代思想政治教育内容创新发展的理论指南。围绕“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一教育根本问题，思想政治教育拓展的内容可分为理想信念、核心价值观、中国精神、文化思想、生态理念、人的全面发展等阐释维度，包括的主要观念有世界观、理想信念与人生观、政治观、国家观、民族观、改革创新观、道德观、文化观、生态观、心理健康观等，思想内涵十分丰富，必须掌握其精髓要义，突出教育的重点。这些内容在融入思想政治教育学原理体系以及教育实践中，需要建构学科自主知识体系为其提供必备的理论基础与学科知识的支撑。要以马克思主义基本原理和中国化时代化的马克思主义理论为知识体系的基本“方位”，以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为知识体系的“轴心”，以中外相关学科的理论资源为知识体系的“参照系”，以当代中国社会实践资源和中华优秀传统文化思想资源为知识体系的“保护带”，在思想政治教育拓展内容的建设和实施中发挥协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The starting point of the content innovation and development of ideological and political education in the new era is to adapt to and reflect the new requirements of practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics on people’ s ideological and political quality and moral literacy.Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is the theoretical guide for the content innovation and development of ideological and political education in the new era.Centering on the fundamental issues of education of "which individuals should be nurtured,how should they be nurtured,and for whom should they be nurtured",the expanded content of ideological and political education can be categorized in to six interpretive dimensions,such as ideal-and-belief,core values,Chinese spirit,cultural thought,ecological concept,and all-round development of people.It includes world view,ideal-and-belief and life view,political view,state view,national view,reform and innovation view,moral view,cultural view,ecological view,mental health view,etc.The ideological connotation is very rich.In education,we must master its essence and highlight its key points.When these contents are integrated into the principle system of ideological and political education and the educational practice,it is necessary to build an independent knowledge system of the subject to provide the necessary theoretical basis and subject knowledge support.It is necessary to take Marxist classical theory and Marxist Sinicization theory as the basic "orientation" of knowledge system,take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the "axis" of the knowledge system,take the theoretical resources of relevant disciplines in China and abroad as the "reference system" of knowledge system,take contemporary Chinese social practice resources and excellent traditional Chinese cultural and ideological resources as the "protection belt" of the knowledge system.All of these should play a synergistic role in the construction and implementation of the expanded content of ideological and political education.更多还原
