悬臂式掘进机配套自移支架的分析比较

【摘要】 快速高效的临时支护装备是实现安全高效快速煤巷掘进不可缺少的,分析比较了目前国内几种与悬臂式掘进机配套的自移支架的优缺点和适使用情况,介绍了ZLH2×1040/32/46型滑移式临时支护装置在淮南矿区的试验情况。总结了煤巷掘进自移支架的发展趋势,为煤巷掘进自移支架的设计和研发提供了有益的参考。

【Abstract】 Fast and efficient temporary support equipment is essential for achieving safe, efficient, and fast coal roadway excavation. The advantages, disadvantages, and suitability of several self-moving supports that are currently compatible with boom roadheader in China were analyzed and compared, and the experimental results of the ZLH2×1040/32/46 sliding temporary support device in the Huainan mining area were introduced. The development trend of self-moving supports for coal roadway excavation was summarized, providing useful references for the design and research and development of self-moving supports for coal roadway excavation.
