暗缝机机头外壳压铸成型工艺及模具设计
Die casting process of head housing of blind seamer and the die design
【摘要】 针对暗缝机机头外壳典型结构,结合YL101合金液态成型特点及压铸工艺要求,对暗缝机机头外壳进行了成型结构优化,并阐述了模具压铸机的选择、分型面的确定、浇注与排溢系统的设计、冷却系统、推出机构、侧向抽芯机构及模具的工作过程。利用Magma软件仿真了浇注温度、模具预热温度对铸件成型缺陷的影响,确定的工艺参数对暗缝机机头外壳的实际成型有实践应用价值,设计的模具结构合理、可靠。
【Abstract】 Based on the typical structure of the head housing of the blind seamer, the forming structure of the head housing of the machine was optimized by combining the liquid forming characteristics of YL101 alloy and the die casting process requirements. The selection of die casting machine, determination of parting surface, design of gating system and overflow system, cooling system, ejecting mechanism,lateral core-pulling mechanism, and working process of die were elaborated. The influences of casting temperature and mould preheating temperature on forming defects of castings were simulated by using Magma software. The technological parameters determined have theoretical guiding significance for the actual forming of the head housing of the blind seamer, and the designed die structure was reasonable and reliable.
