车载音响AOS显示器顶盖注射模设计

【摘要】 介绍了车载音响AOS显示器顶盖双色注射模的设计,模具采用1模4腔的倒装结构,浇注系统采用热流道转普通流道结构,平衡式侧浇口进浇的成型方案,为解决第1次注射凝料对第2次注射合模的干涉,将第1、2次注射的分流道分别设置在动模侧和定模侧。为保证成型塑件外壳表面的平面度要求,在第2次注射定模侧的型芯镶件上设置随形冷却水道,既可改善连接体的冷却效果,又能控制成型塑件外壳表面变形,同时解决了型芯上水路空间不足导致的结构干涉问题。

【Abstract】 The design of the two-color injection mould for the car audio AOS display head cover was introduced, the mould was the inverted structure with four cavities, the gating system adopted the structure of hot runner to ordinary runner, and the moulding scheme of balanced side gating was adopted. In order to solve the interference of the first injection waste on the mould closing of second injection, the runner for the first and second injection were set on the moving and fixed half of mould respectively. In order to ensure the flatness of the shell surface, the form-following cooling waterways were set on the core insert on the half of mould for the second injection, which could not only improve the cooling effect of the connector, but also control the surface deformation of the shell, and solve the problem of structural interference caused by insufficient water space on the core.
