“双碳”目标下煤炭地下气化产业的发展分析
Analysis on underground coal gasification industry development under “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals
【摘要】 基于我国能源资源禀赋条件及现实需求状况,以煤炭资源为主的化石能源清洁、高效、低碳利用备受重视,也是能否顺利实现“双碳”目标的关键所在。分析了“双碳”目标下我国化石能源发展面临的挑战并提出应对策略,简述了煤炭地下气化在支撑实现“双碳”目标方面的技术优势。分析研究认为,煤炭地下气化既是国家能源安全的有力保障,也是解决能源行业碳减排问题的有效途径,其开发利用主要包括能源化利用、资源化利用和功能化利用三大方向,其关键技术突破可以快速提升天然气清洁能源供应量,实现油、气业务融合发展,助力我国能源行业顺利实现“双碳”目标。
【Abstract】 Based on the energy resource endowment and real demand conditions of China, the clean, efficient and low-carbon utilization of fossil energy resources, especially coal resources, is highly valued, and is also the key to the successful realization of the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals. The challenges for developing fossil energy in China under the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed, and the technical advantages of underground coal gasification(UCG) in supporting the realization of the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”goals were briefly described. The analysis and research indicated that underground coal gasification served not only as a strong guarantee for national energy security, but also as an effective approach to address carbon emission reduction in the energy industry. Its development and utilization primarily focused on three major directions: energy utilization, resource utilization and functional utilization. Breakthroughs in its key technologies could rapidly increase the supply of clean natural gas, achieve integrated development of oil and gas businesses, and facilitate the smooth realization of the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals in China’s energy sector.
