河南省数字经济与工业碳排放脱钩及因素分析
Decoupling of digital economy and industrial carbon emissions in Henan province and its factor analysis
【摘要】 根据河南省2011—2022年的面板数据,采用IPCC碳排放核算体系和Tapio脱钩模型分析了河南省数字经济与工业碳排放的脱钩关系,利用Kaya公式和LMDI模型分析了河南省工业碳排放的影响因素。实证表明:测算年度内河南省数字经济与工业碳排放的脱钩关系历经强脱钩、弱脱钩、强负脱钩三种脱钩状态,脱钩指数整体上呈现“V”形,基本实现强脱钩;能源强度、产业结构和人员规模抑制碳排放,经济产出促进碳排放,抑制作用大于促进作用。因此,河南省应结合“双碳”目标及数字经济绿色低碳转型制定政策,为实现工业减排提供实证支撑。
【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of Henan province from 2011 to 2022, the decoupling relationship between the digital economy and industrial carbon emissions in Henan is analyzed by employing the IPCC carbon emission accounting system and the Tapio decoupling model, and the influencing factors of industrial carbon emissions there are assessed by using the Kaya equation and the LMDI model. Empirical results indicate that the decoupling status has experienced strong, weak, and strong negative decoupling in the measured years, with the overall decoupling index presenting a "V" shape, basically achieving strong decoupling. Besides, energy intensity, industrial structure, and workforce size inhibit carbon emissions, while economic output promotes carbon emissions, with the inhibiting effects outweighing the promoting ones. Therefore, Henan province should formulate policies based on the "dual carbon" goal and the green low-carbon transformation of the digital economy to provide empirical support for industrial emission reduction.
